How can I get an Owner’s Manual for my Huffy product?

Huffy maintains Owner’s Manuals for our products to assist you any time you need to reference information. The manuals are in the Support section of www.huffy.com, as documents you can print. To help you find what you need, simply look for the heading that best describes your Huffy product.

Once you find the manual you need, you can print it or download it to your computer anytime. Start by clicking on the file name to open the file. Each file is formatted as a "PDF" file for convenient viewing and printing. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file. For your convenience, a link is provided within the same section to download Adobe Acrobat Reader if needed.


Where can I find Huffy products?`

One place to start looking for Huffy products is right at our website! The Huffy website contains a wide variety of our products, from trikes and scooters to bikes and the Huffy Green Machine. You’ll be able to find Huffy products available in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Each product page has a “Where to Buy” link. On that page you will find many of the retailers who originally purchased that particular item. Of course, each store inventory will vary, particularly as merchandise is sold.

Huffy products are available at more than 10,000 locations, including nationwide, regional and local and online retailers. National retailers include stores such as Walmart, Target, Toys "R" Us, Kmart and many others.


How much air should I put in my bicycle's tires?

Maintaining the proper air pressure in your bicycle tires is an important part of routine maintenance. For ease of maintenance, each bike tire has the recommended pressure for that specific tire molded into its sidewall. The sidewall of the tire is the portion that runs between the tread and the wheel rim.


My bicycle's wheel has developed a slight "wobble". How can I fix this?

From time to time, a wheel will develop a slight "wobble" or "hop," making it appear lopsided as it spins. Typically this can be fixed by adjusting the wheel's spokes, a process known as "truing a wheel".


How do I get spare parts for my Huffy product?

Huffy has a Customer Service Department to help you with any parts needed. Parts vary by product, so it is important to have the model number when you call. For a bicycle, the model number is found on the bottom bracket shell, also referred to as the crank housing. Your Owner’s Manual has an illustration that shows the location.

The Consumer Service Department is available at 1.800.872.2453. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted for placing orders over the phone.


How do I find the serial number on my Huffy bicycle?

Each Huffy bicycle has identification information including the serial number, model number and date code. This information can be found underneath the bottom bracket shell, which is also referred to as the crank housing. Your Owner’s Manual has an illustration of this area, including the serial number location.

A label attached underneath the crank housing contains the model number and date code; the serial number is engraved into the crank housing.

It's a good idea to Register your bike on our website at :www.huffyregistration.com, and to write the bicycle's model number and serial number in your Owner's Manual for future reference.


Where is my nearest Huffy Authorized Service Center?

Huffy has more than 180 authorized repair centers located in the US, to assist you with your product service needs. To locate the authorized service center nearest you, simply call us at 1.800.872.2453.


What is the warranty on a Huffy Bicycle?

With a wide variety of products available from Huffy, specific warranty information varies by product. Generally, Huffy provides a limited lifetime frame warranty. For complete information, refer to the Owner’s Manual provided with the original product purchase or call our Consumer Service Department 1.800.872.2453 for additional information.


What are the Huffy.com return and order cancellation policies?

Huffy.com Return Policy: 1.) If your order arrives damaged from the carrier, Huffy must be contacted within 72 hours. You may reach Huffy at Support@huffy.com. 2.) If parts are missing or damaged, please contact our Consumer Service Department at 1.800.872.2453, or by completing the Contact US form on www.huffy.com. 3.) All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, using the original packaging material. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Contact Huffy at Support@huffy.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and return shipping information. Huffy.com Order Cancellation Policy: Huffy processes orders quickly, shipping from our distribution centers as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, Huffy must be contacted within ONE HOUR of placing the order. You may contact Huffy by sending an email to Support@huffy.com, with “Order Cancellation” in the Subject Line. Cancellations made after one hour cannot be accepted due to order processing. PLEASE NOTE: The only exception to this policy is for the Limited Edition Mickey and Minnie cruisers. The ability to cancel an order is dependent upon the order processing status. Our Support Team at Support@huffy.com can confirm your order status.
